Refund & Cancellation

1. Order Cancellation

  • By the Customer: Orders can only be cancelled before they are approved by the restaurant. Once an order is approved and preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible.
  • By the Restaurant: The restaurant reserves the right to cancel an order due to reasons such as unavailability of items, technical issues, or delivery constraints.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are initiated under the following circumstances:

  • If the order is cancelled by the restaurant after payment.
  • If the order is cancelled by the customer before restaurant approval.
  • In case of a technical failure where the payment was deducted but the order was not placed.

3. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method (e.g., UPI, Card, Net Banking). The amount typically reflects in the customer's account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on the bank's policies.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The delivery fails due to an incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer.
  • The customer is unavailable at the delivery location at the time of delivery.
