1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the DigiKhana platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

DigiKhana acts as an intermediary platform between you and partner restaurants. We provide a digital interface for menu browsing, order placement, and payment facilitation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and current information (name, phone number, address) when placing an order. You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection are secure when making payments.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are determined by the respective restaurant and are subject to change.
• Taxes (GST) and delivery charges are applied as per government regulations and restaurant policy.
• Payment must be made in full through the available payment methods for the order to be processed.

5. Limitation of Liability

GS Tech is not responsible for the quality, quantity, or preparation of food items. Any disputes regarding the food must be settled directly with the restaurant.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
