1. Delivery Timeline

Since we deal with immediate food fulfillment, orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 15 to 45 minutes of approval. The actual delivery time depends on the distance between the restaurant and the delivery location.

2. Delivery Area

Delivery is restricted to the operating radius defined by each partner restaurant. If your location is outside the delivery zone, you will be notified at the time of placing the order.

3. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges vary based on the restaurant's policy and the distance. All applicable charges will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you make a payment.

4. Self-Pickup

If you choose the "Pickup" option, your order will be ready for collection at the restaurant's address within the estimated time shown on the app. No shipping charges apply to pickup orders.

5. Order Tracking

You can track the status of your order (e.g., Pending, Confirmed, Out for Delivery) in real-time through the "My Orders" section on our platform.
